Colman Park is nestled on a slope that runs downhill from the Mount Baker Ridge to the shore of Lake Washington and is located in the Mount Baker Neighborhood of Southeast Seattle.

LOWER COLMAN

Colman Park’s shorefront is located on Lake Washington Blvd just north of Mount Baker Beach and a number of blocks south of the I-90 floating bridge.   

 Bus route 27 serves lower Colman Park and free parking is available in the parking lot located at 2077 Lake Washington Blvd S, 

UPPER COLMAN

Major pedestrian entrances to the upper park are located on 31st Ave S at South Massachusetts Street and 31st Ave S at South Holgate Street. 

 Bus route 14 serves upper Colman Park and free street parking is available along 31st Ave S as well.
